I’m a trade-qualified chef and baker. Running my own franchise taught me more than baking; it showed me how to train, guide, and grow people into confident team members and leaders.

Over 25 years, I’ve trained hundreds of staff and learned what it takes to build a business that works, without burning yourself out.

Baking is my love language. I use it to bring joy to others, show appreciation, and celebrate achievements. I’m also passionate about animals and animal welfare, and I support other small businesses whenever I can. My life and work are about nurturing growth, care, and connection, both in business and beyond.
